We’re Laura and Charlotte, and we both run a children’s shop while juggling life, kids, and everything in between. We started The Back Office because we know what it’s like when you’re brilliant at what you do but the business side feels overwhelming.Here’s the thing - we actually enjoy the stuff most people find stressful. Planning launches, creating content strategies, being a sounding board when you’re stuck.
